I had a little problem after check in . I couldn't find the unit it was way back in the back. They need to correct the number so you can find it correctly. When I went back to the manager she wasn't there no one was their to help.i needed to call customer service they couldn't really help after about a half hour the manager came back ..also the unit was a 5 by 10 it was in such a location that was so narrow I couldn't hardly drive it up to it they really need to make it a little wider. Will ask if their is another unit for drive up. Other wise it was ok.

Everything is paved except for the smaller 5x10 units. Which makes using a dolly impossible if you have heavy or larger items.

I needed a storage unit. They were available & reasonably priced. I got one even after cancelling the resevation by mistake. I dealt with Kaitlyn. Very plesant nice woman. Answered all my questions.

This place is small, but is well-maintained. The floors are always swept, no funky smells, and their customer service is great. The gate is slower than death to crawl open, but that is the only thing I can think of to complain about, and is trivial. Pricing is great! Be warned: The units do NOT have lights. While the hallway is brightly lit, plan on using a couple of battery powered lights if you need to do organizing or anything in your unit.

No problems, Nice Clean Unit, Friendly Staff, Just think that the 10% discount for Military should be for Veterans too, not just active military. I am an IRAQ Veteran with 27 years of service and it would of been nice to receive the 10% military discount. There are a few other storage places that honor Veterans.

Samantha called me to follow up on our move in date. We asked to move the date to a sooner date and she had no problem doing so. When we arrived later that day she was very polite and welcoming. The facility was clean and well kept. She was knowledgeable and able to explain all documents and fees. She set up everything in quick and timely manner and with no delay. We enjoyed working with her for our rental and look forward to dealing with her again. Thank you again Samantha.

Moving can be stressful... I am 6 months pregnant having to drive 20 hrs to come there promised an month free expected to pay 36 for activation and lock... the guy charge 77 dollars didn't quote price prior to swiping then got annoyed with me HORRIBLE
